Camila Lima

Camila Lima is the Vice-President of Operations at FedEx in Brazil, where they lead over 8,000 team members and oversee corporate strategy and operations in the transportation and logistics industry. With more than 20 years of experience, Camila has progressed from an intern at Rapidão Cometa to a leadership role that includes managing significant integration projects like the TNT–FedEx merger. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of Pernambuco, an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a certification from the International Business Program at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Camila's achievements include receiving the FedEx Five Star Award twice for impactful performance.
