Carl Morrison

Carl Morrison is the Lead Counsel at FedEx Express, a position held since 2016. Previously, they worked as a Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins from 2011 to 2014, and as an Associate Attorney at FordHarrison LLP between 1994 and 2001. Carl also served as a Senior Attorney at FedEx Express from 2001 to 2004 and as Senior Vice President & Counsel at First Tennessee Bank from 2004 to 2011. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Alabama.
