Christopher Yost

Christopher Yost has extensive experience in employment and labor law, currently serving as Managing Director at FedEx since July 2004, where a legal office was established in California in 2006 under Yost's leadership. This role involves managing litigation risks and collaborating with trial teams to prevent disputes. Prior to FedEx, Yost worked as an Associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease from April 1996 to June 2004, where engagement in employment litigation and traditional labor negotiations was prominent. Yost's earlier positions included Counsel to the Commissioner at the Federal Mine Safety & Health Review Commission and Counsel to the Member at the Federal Labor Relations Authority, both obtained through presidential appointments. Yost's legal education includes a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, complemented by a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Brigham Young University.
