Darius D. Kelley

Darius D. Kelley is the Executive Director of the DWALY Foundation, where they focus on empowering fatherhood and building community. They are a dynamic Senior Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in HR practices, technology, and compliance. Previously, Darius held key leadership roles at FedEx, including Managing Director of HR Services and Compliance, where they implemented innovative retention programs and improved operational efficiencies. Darius is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Transformative Leadership at Bethune-Cookman University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
