Edward Efkeman is currently the Staff Director and Global Head of Privacy at FedEx Corporation, where they oversee compliance efforts related to data privacy and have established the FedEx Global Privacy Office. Previously, they served as Lead Counsel for Legal Sales/Alliance Transactions and Senior Counsel focused on litigation at FedEx. Edward began their legal career as an Attorney at Richards McGettigan Reilly & West, PC, and worked as a Law Clerk for Hon. Nelson T. Overton at the Virginia Court of Appeals. They earned their JD from William & Mary Law School in 1995.
