Manager Customer Experience Planning & Engineering

Edward Ow is an experienced professional in customer experience management with a robust background in data analytics and project management. Edward held positions as Customer Experience Manager at AXA from July 2015 to July 2018, where management of the Customer Experience Program across Asia and leadership of several contact center initiatives were key contributions. Prior to this, Edward was a Regional Customer Experience Specialist at AIG from August 2012 to September 2013, extensively working with SQL Server and leading customer relationship management enhancements. Currently, Edward serves as Manager of Customer Experience Planning & Engineering at FedEx Express since August 2018. Edward holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from SEGi University & Colleges and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
