Elodie Morvan

Elodie Morvan serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Culture Transformation Lead for FedEx Express in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, focusing on the implementation of D,E&I strategies and employee engagement initiatives. As the founder of the EquiGuide Equine Leadership Development Program, Elodie offers innovative leadership development experiences in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Previous experiences include managing event logistics for Expo 2020, leading corporate governance initiatives at the Pearl Initiative, and overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility programs at Emirates NBD. Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and Management from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in European Business Management from IFAG.
