Eric Bowden

Eric Bowden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Agility at FedEx Logistics since September 2022 and as Business Agility Manager at FedEx Supply Chain since May 2020, Eric leads a team focused on delivering value-added products and solutions to enhance agility and profitability. Prior roles at FedEx Supply Chain include Operations Manager and Production Manager for iPhone repair and testing operations, as well as overseeing test and repair logistics for AT&T U-verse equipment. Eric's career at FedEx Express spanned nearly three decades, culminating in leadership roles as Senior Manager of Operations and Senior Manager of Ground Operations, where Eric managed large teams and complex logistics operations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in Management and Communications from the University of Memphis.
