Frank Wouters

Frank Wouters is the Managing Director of Planning & Engineering Road Network at FedEx, where they focus on the planning and engineering of European road networks. Previously, Frank served in various leadership roles at TNT, including Head of Network Operations Service Capabilities & Customer Solutions and Global Manager Supply Chain Knowledge, managing customer-specific solutions and strategic supply chain training programs. Frank holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Educational Mathematics and a Master in Mathematics & Statistics from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, as well as a Supply Chain Master from TiasNimbas Business School. They are passionate about enhancing express network capabilities and developing the skills of employees within the organization.
