Gareth Morris

Gareth Morris is an experienced Senior Release Analyst at FedEx since August 2016, overseeing the Release module within PDSM tooling and acting as the primary contact for Release Analysts across Europe. Previously, Gareth worked at Serif (Europe) Ltd. from August 2001 to April 2015, serving in various roles including Installation & Release Manager, Production Supervisor, Production Engineer, Senior QA Engineer, and Technical Support Advisor. These positions involved managing product releases, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality assurance in application deployment. Gareth holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University, achieved between 1998 and 2001.
