George Leamon is currently the Managing Director of Customer Growth and Loyalty Marketing at FedEx. With over 15 years of experience in customer engagement and lifecycle marketing, George previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, where they built and scaled the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team. They have also worked as a Project Manager for the Organization of American States, managing a human rights project, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, designing water systems for communities in need. George earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MS in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University.
