Gina Holmes

Gina Holmes has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as Manager IT - Release, Change and Deploy at FedEx since October 2019, where responsibilities include integrating change and release teams across the UK and Europe. Prior to this role, Gina spent two decades at TNT, starting as a PA to the Vice President and advancing through various positions such as Software Implementation Specialist, Software Distribution Team Leader, and Senior Operational Test Analyst. Gina was the Test Assurance Manager, overseeing test assurance and governance with a focus on quality services and alignment with company objectives, managing teams of testers and third-party providers. In the OAT Test Manager role, Gina enhanced operational acceptance testing processes and governance to deliver multiple releases with minimal defects.
