Grant Marshall

Grant Marshall is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in taxation and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at FedEx since September 2019, Grant has progressed through various roles, including Senior Attorney I and Senior Attorney II. Prior to FedEx, Grant worked at PwC as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate from August 2017 to August 2019, and at the Tennessee Department of Revenue as Assistant General Counsel for Taxation from August 2014 to July 2017. Grant's earlier legal experience includes a position as an Attorney at ICS Law Group and as a Law Clerk at Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, PLLC. Grant holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Tennessee College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
