Janice Pittman, Ph.D., PMP®, is a skilled professional specializing in change management, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Strategic Project Lead at FedEx, Janice has previously held roles at Delta Faucet Company and Union University, where they drove operational excellence and developed academic curricula.
