Jay Malinoski

Jay Malinoski is an accomplished aviation professional with over 30 years of experience in the field, currently serving as a QA FAA Liaison and previously as a MOCC Planner at FedEx since March 2019. Malinoski has a robust background in maintenance planning, having held the position of Senior Maintenance Planner at FedEx MOCC from 2020 to 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an ROV Pilot/Technician and ROV Tech I at C-Innovation, where responsibilities included maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and fiber optics communications from 2013 to 2018. Malinoski's distinguished career in the US Navy from 1988 to 2013 included supervising personnel in maintenance operations, training, and safety, augmented by extensive leadership roles in aviation mechanics and resource management. Educational qualifications include an Airframe and Powerplant certification from Baker’s School of Aeronautics and an Aviation Structural Mechanic degree from military training.
