Jeff Heleniak

Jeff Heleniak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering management. They served as Manager of Technical Support Services at ZOLL Medical from 2007 to 2009, before taking on various roles at FedEx, including Manager of International Engineering for North America from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Jeff held leadership positions at Matrix Solutions, where they were Director of Technical Support and Director of Information Technology. Jeff also began their career at CVS Pharmacy Corporation as a Project Training Manager and Systems Integration Trainer.
