Jeff Lehr

Jeff Lehr is currently a Customer Experience Program Management Advisor at FedEx, where they have been since 2020. Before this role, Jeff held various positions focused on customer experience, including a Customer Experience Consultant at First Horizon Bank and a Senior Customer Experience Operations Analyst at FedEx Express. Jeff also has extensive culinary experience, having worked as a Chef and Kitchen Manager at LaMontagne Restaurant during the 1980s. In addition, Jeff served as President and CEO of CreativeFoodworks from 1990 to 2024 and worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor from 1992 to 2005. They earned a BA in General Studies from Kent State University and a Graduate Chef diploma in Culinary Arts from The Seventh Inn.
