Jerrod Keim has a diverse professional background with experience in education and customer service, particularly within the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Currently serving as a Package Handler at FedEx since October 2024, Jerrod previously worked as a Teacher at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind from August 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that, Jerrod held a Paraprofessional III position with the Clear Creek Independent School District and served as an Inside Account Manager and Account Manager at Purple Communications, Inc., where Jerrod received award recognition in 2020. Additionally, Jerrod worked as Tier 2 Technical Support at CSDVRS, LLC, and as a Substitute Teacher at the Wisconsin School for the Deaf. Jerrod holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with Assistive Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and two bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Gallaudet University.
