Currently, they serve as Senior Counsel for Enterprise Claims & Risk Management at FedEx, managing significant auto liability actions and contributing to the development of a new Risk Information Management System. Previously, Jerrod held roles at FedEx Corporation, Air Liquide, and Tate, Lazarini & Beall, PLC, where they represented broker-dealers and advised on international logistics and regulatory matters. As the founder and owner of Shotwell Candy Co., Jerrod has successfully transitioned from corporate law to entrepreneurship, building a nationwide candy company.
