John Mac Namara

John Mac Namara is a global leader in Learning & Development with a notable track record in innovation and the commercialization of disruptive technologies and services. They have extensive experience in enterprise development, having served as Training Manager for International Operations at Genworth Financial and founded multiple companies, including the E-Business Certification Institute and ICII. Currently, John works as a Renewable Energy Consultant and as Manager of the Global Leadership Institute at FedEx Express, where they oversee management and leadership development initiatives. John holds a BBS (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
