Jon Freeman

Jon Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as Technical Principal at Federal Express since October 1997, Jon has overseen the integration of multiple operating companies into the Corporate Instance of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at Sure Start, where responsibilities included production planning and data maintenance for a remanufacturer, and at Parts Incorporated, where service levels improved significantly and inventory costs were reduced. As Materials Manager at Beck Arnley / Worldparts, Jon designed a custom inventory management system that enhanced service levels while also cutting inventory costs. Early career experience as a Senior Consultant at Anderson Consulting involved installing integrated manufacturing systems for an automotive supplier. Jon Freeman holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, both from Vanderbilt University.
