Jorge E. Gomez

Jorge E. Gomez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Sales Vice President for the Americas at FedEx since February 2016, Jorge has held several key roles including Vice President of Sales for Latin America and Managing Director in Mexico. Previously, at Damco, Jorge was the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Mexico P&L and enhancing operational efficiency across Central America and the Caribbean. Earlier roles at Pegasus Logistics Group and FedEx Express involved significant leadership positions that focused on developing regional operations, achieving sales growth, and optimizing logistics solutions. Jorge's academic credentials include a Master in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Master in Marketing and Communication from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
