Jose (Pepe) Grenier is a global IT leader with over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology solutions focusing on customs clearance, e-commerce, and customer experience. Currently, Grenier leads global-scale application initiatives at FedEx, where they specialize in creating systems that enhance customs processes and digital retail integration. Previously, Grenier held roles at FedEx as Manager of IT E-commerce, Clearance, and Customer Experience Global Development, and as an IT Advisor. Grenier earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Phoenix, as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría."
