Judith Almanza

Judith Almanza has over 27 years of experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Labor Relations and Human Resources Manager at FedEx Express since March 1996. In this role, Judith provides strategic HR business partnering, supporting the Country HR Managing Director by designing and managing employee and labor relations strategies, compensations, benefits, and projects related to mergers and acquisitions. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Representative, where Judith facilitated the Multipack Integration Project and the ELC Project, enhancing communication and understanding of HR processes between departments. Judith began her career as a Payroll Coordinator at Marel de Mexico, overseeing payroll for 1,000 employees, recruitment, and compensation programs. Judith holds a degree in Industrial Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
