Junior Chandass has extensive experience in operations and performance management, currently serving as an Operations Manager at FedEx, where they oversee efficient package sortation and compliance with policies. Previously, Junior worked as a Department Supervisor at The Home Depot, managing inventory and enhancing team performance, and held positions as a Production Coordinator at BP and Process Operator at ArcelorMittal. Junior began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Joseph Charles Bottling Ltd and Caribbean Airlines Ltd. They are currently pursuing a Technician Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
