Previously, they served as a Senior System Engineer at Cerner Corporation from 2015 to 2019, where they designed and maintained data interfaces and supported hospitals through software conversions. They also held roles as an EHR Applications Analyst and Programmer/Analyst at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In addition to their technical expertise, Justin co-owns Sprinkle Creative. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems: Software Development from Stevenson University in 2015.
