Kees Baltus is the Lead Legal Counsel at FedEx, having previously served as Senior Legal Counsel from 2017 to 2021 and as Legal Counsel at Dasym from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Kees worked as an Attorney-at-law at Loyens & Loeff from 2007 to 2012. Kees holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dutch private law and commercial law from the University of Groningen and has completed various relevant certifications, including a Grotius Opleiding in International Contracting. Additionally, Kees has earned two MBAs, one from Rotterdam School of Management and another as an exchange student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
