Keith O'Connor

Keith O'Connor has over a decade of experience in cyber security, currently serving as the Cyber Security Manager at FedEx since April 2017, leading a 16-member Security Operations Team focused on safeguarding the organization's data and technology assets. Previously, from May 2009 to April 2017, Keith O'Connor held the position of Head of Incident Management in the UK Government, overseeing a 13-member team dedicated to protecting the integrity of online services and data. Additionally, as a Senior Information Security Specialist at FedEx, Keith O'Connor was instrumental in integrating key technology assets into the company’s Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system. In an earlier role as Senior Security Architect and Strategist for the UK Government, Keith O'Connor directed a small team in developing and implementing the IT Security Strategy across various business functions. Educational institutions attended include Manor CofE, York, and QEMS.
