Kelli Martin is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on customer experience and retention strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Manager at Sprint Nextel, where Kelli implemented targeted marketing programs to enhance customer loyalty, and as a Project Manager at AT&T Wireless, leading cross-functional teams in delivering customer marketing initiatives. Kelli began a career in finance as a Credit Representative at Helly Hansen US, managing financial evaluations for storefront requests. Kelli holds a B.A. in Marketing/Advertising with a minor in Journalism from the University of Memphis.
