Laurent Michaud

Laurent Michaud is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in application management and customer technology integration, currently serving as the Manager of IT Applications & Architecture at FedEx Express since September 2010. With over 35 frontend/backend developers and quality engineers under management across Europe and India, Laurent focuses on enabling team success through servant leadership and talent acquisition.
