Louis Lam is a self-driven changemaker and project manager with six years of experience across diverse fields, including vendor enablement and digital transformation. They began their career at Samsung Electronics as a Research and Development Assistant before joining Telstra, where they held roles that significantly enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency. Currently, Louis serves as a Senior Project Manager at FedEx, overseeing cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and stakeholder engagement. Outside of work, they are passionate about martial arts and swimming, which they pursue to enhance their mental focus and agility.
