Maksym Bugai

Maksym Bugai is an International Legal Counsel with over 15 years of experience in various roles, including in-house, law firm, and government positions, leading legal projects and providing support in more than 25 countries. Maksym has served as Senior Legal Counsel at FedEx since 2017 and previously held the position of Legal Counsel at TNT from 2015 to 2017. They began their career as a Chief Expert at the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine and later worked at esteemed firms such as CMS Cameron McKenna and Noerr LLP. Maksym also contributed to academia as an intern at the Institute for Globalisation and International Regulation at the University of Maastricht. They hold multiple Master of Laws degrees, including one in Advanced Intellectual Property Law from Universiteit Maastricht.
