Matt Rittenhour

Matt Rittenhour most recently served as vice president, financial planning and analysis, for FedEx Freight and played a prominent role in transforming the finance team. Over the past two years, finance strengthened the traditional areas of planning, forecasting, and costing — and expanded into non-traditional areas of data analytics, revenue quality, solutions, and compliance. Rittenhour is excited about continuing this transformation, ensuring finance remains a vital link in the chain of success and focusing on FedEx Freight achieving its growth and profit objectives.

Rittenhour has worked in the transportation industry for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining FedEx Freight in 2005, he spent five years as a director of finance at FedEx Custom Critical. His FedEx experience also includes four years as an accounting manager for FedEx Ground.

Rittenhour and his wife, Wendy, live in Germantown, Tennessee, and have seven children and three grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening, camping, and exercising.
