Matthew Pegge

Matthew Pegge is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leading IT strategy and service delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as IT Director for Business Agility, Clearance & Ops Solutions at FedEx, Matthew manages a €3M development budget for EU Customs Clearance IT services and successfully launched the EU Clearance Competency Center, earning the Global Five Star Award. Previous roles include Head of IT for Domestic Business Solutions at FedEx, where Matthew oversaw the integration of systems during a significant business acquisition, and various leadership positions at TNT, where Matthew led a major vendor consolidation initiative and managed a €67M IT portfolio. Matthew's career also includes significant contributions at Hospira, focusing on IT strategy for EMEA operations. Matthew holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science with Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
