Micheal Hanner

Micheal Hanner is a First Officer on the MD-11 at FedEx, a position they have held since 2022. They have served in the United States Department of Defense as a Naval Aviator since 2004, during which time they were the Safety Department Head for Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO SIX from 2017 to 2019. In this role, Micheal was responsible for implementing Operational Risk Management and earned the Chief of Naval Operations Safety “S” award for the squadron. Additionally, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
