Michelle Janes

Michelle Janes is a highly skilled aviation professional with extensive experience in maintenance and management roles. Currently serving as a Moc Tech Specialist at FedEx since February 2021, Michelle previously held positions including Service Check Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at FEAM Maintenance/Engineering from June 2020 to February 2021. Prior experience includes Mfg Supervisor at Lockheed Martin and Lead Mechanic at PREMIER AVIATION OVERHAUL CENTER, LTD, among other roles. Michelle began career as a Certified Aircraft Mechanic at Midair USA from 2010 to 2013. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance and Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, having also completed an Airframe and Powerplant degree at MVCC.
