Mike Cruff is an experienced leader and manager with a notable background in both the aviation industry and military service. Currently serving as the Mobilization Assistant to the Chief of the Air Force Reserve at the Headquarters U.S. Air Force, they assist in overseeing a force of nearly 70,000 personnel. Previously, Mike held various roles at FedEx, culminating in the position of System Chief Pilot, where they ensured operational excellence for a global pilot workforce. Mike's military experience includes serving as Commander of the 78th Air Refueling Squadron and various other leadership roles within the U.S. Air Force Reserve. They earned a Master's degree from Air University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
