Olivier Ducrot

Olivier Ducrot is currently the Responsable des Opérations Aéroportuaires at FedEx, having taken on this role in 2023 after serving for over two decades as a Responsable adjoint. Since January 2022, Olivier manages an operational team of over 100 individuals in the Tri Outfeed section, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of more than 16,000 packages daily. Previously, Olivier oversaw various teams and managed internal customer service priorities, including critical situations such as emergency medical freight and temperature-controlled cargo. With a strong background in leadership and management, Olivier is also a certified ISO9001 and ISO14001 auditor and actively facilitates training for new employees on customer experience. Olivier acquired project management skills through education at Promeo and has developed a broad professional network and expertise in crisis resolution throughout their career in the aviation sector.
