Pat DiMento has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as Vice President of Flight Operations, Training, and GOCC at FedEx since November 1995, also holding roles as Sr. Manager of Flight Operations and Assistant Chief Pilot. Responsibilities include overseeing pilot hiring, contract negotiations, and chairing committees such as the Scheduling Improvement Group and Fatigue Risk Management Group. Prior to FedEx, Pat served as an Officer and Pilot in the United States Air Force, commanding B-52 aircraft. In addition to aviation, Pat is the founder of No-Excuse Lacrosse, which organizes specialty lacrosse camps and clinics, and has previously founded Stickhead Lacrosse and coached men's lacrosse at Memphis University School. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
