Phillip Jager is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support analysis, development, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Support Analyst/Developer/Team Lead at FedEx since September 2020, Phillip has contributed to the development of online and batch programs for the Duplex system and has successfully led a team of offshore programmers. Prior to FedEx, Phillip worked as a Prod Support Analyst/Developer Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and as a Consultant at AugeoFI, Saggezza, and TEKsystems, gaining extensive experience in software development and production support. Phillip began a career in programming and analysis with Eddie Bauer and Codeworks, Inc. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
