Rick Prendergast

Rick Prendergast is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT transformation. Since joining FedEx in June 2005, Rick has excelled as a Project Management Principal, supporting DevTest modernization efforts and overseeing large IT initiatives within the Strategic Program Management Office. Previously, Rick served as a Technical Quality Advisor, leading enterprise-wide software quality assurance efforts. Prior to FedEx, Rick held the role of IT Analyst III at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where significant contributions included advising on information systems policy and leading web development efforts. Rick holds an MBA in Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis.
