Robbert van der Gaag

Robbert van der Gaag is currently a PSPO II Product Owner at FedEx, where they lead product development efforts for fedex.com and manage the transition of tnt.com. Previously, they held various content management roles at companies including Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Albert Heijn Online, contributing significantly to digital content strategies and optimization. Robbert has also worked as a freelance audio-visual technician and operated as a photographer at festivals and events. They hold a degree in Communication from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag and a degree in Media Management from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
