Robin Taylor

Robin Taylor is currently the Chief Business Architect at FedEx, overseeing strategic initiatives within the organization. Previously, Robin held various roles at TNT, including Business Unit Support Manager and Business Relationship Manager for Global Operations, where responsibility encompassed project management and IT capabilities for the Global Air Network. Robin earned an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Napier University and a BSc in Electronic Systems from the University of Paisley, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Science/Studies at Trine University. Their expertise includes Prince2 methodology, infrastructure projects, and business process modeling across the aviation and IT industries.
