Rumana Rahman is the Vice President of Human Resources APAC at FedEx, a role held since 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Rumana worked at British American Tobacco from 2001 to 2011, holding various positions focused on talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR business partnership. Previously, from 2011 to 2012, Rumana served as the Regional HR Planning & Reporting Manager for BAT, and was later promoted to regional leadership roles within the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Rumana holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Business Administration Dhaka and has completed a program in Women in Leadership at INSEAD in 2018.
