Ryan Kelly serves as the Vice President of Marketing at FedEx since June 2008, overseeing digital commercial strategy, sales, marketing, product management, and strategic alliances. Key achievements include the launch of FedEx Fulfillment and Returns Technology, which enhance the e-commerce and supply chain experience. Prior to this role, from June 2016 to August 2018, Ryan held the position of Senior Vice President for Sales, Strategy & Marketing at FedEx Supply Chain, focusing on commercial execution and eCommerce solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Robert W. Baird, where Ryan contributed to corporate initiatives in equity research and investment banking, and at J.C. Bradford, specializing in equity research for various telecommunications sectors. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
