Saskia Schippers is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior UX Research Consultant at FedEx, Saskia has previously held senior positions at Saskia Schippers Research, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Nederland, and ING Nederland, among others. With a strong background in user experience and team management, Saskia has contributed significantly to customer experience initiatives at User Intelligence. Saskia Schippers holds a Doctorandus degree in Beleid en Organisatie Wetenschappen from Tilburg University and a Higher Professional Education degree in Concept Development from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
