Serene Cai

Serene Cai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and training within the APAC region, currently serving as Senior Manager for AMEA Sales Enablement at FedEx since June 2006. In this role, Serene leads a team focused on developing sales training and communication programs, managing projects that enhance training initiatives, and providing advisory support for the sales training curriculum. Previous positions at FedEx include APAC Sales Enablement Manager and APAC Sales Development and Education Advisor, where responsibilities included project management, designing global training materials, and facilitating workshops across multiple APAC locations. Prior to FedEx, Serene worked at IBM as a Project Support Office Administrator, ensuring governance and process improvements.
