Shannon Arnold

Shannon Arnold is the Managing Director of FedEx University at FedEx Corporation, where they are responsible for leading the execution of learning, performance, and talent development strategies. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions within FedEx, including Managing Director of Compensation and Benefits and Senior Manager of HR Compliance and Diversity. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Humboldt State University, which they earned in 1994. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in strategic development, compliance programs, and employee relations.
