Tien Long Woon

Tien Long Woon is the Managing Director at FedEx Malaysia, overseeing the FedEx Express business in the country. Previously, they served as Managing Director in Thailand and held various roles at FedEx Express, including Senior Engineer and Manager of Operations Excellence, where they successfully led significant projects and improved operational performance. Tien also worked as a Senior Engineer at Western Digital, where they contributed to the setup of a new manufacturing plant. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
