Tom Kelley

Tom Kelley has extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the software development and quality assurance domains. Currently serving as a Strategy Planning Principal at FedEx since December 2000, Tom has held multiple roles that emphasize leadership, change management, and process optimization. Responsibilities include directing major software releases, leading cross-departmental initiatives, and mentoring employees. Prior to FedEx, Tom managed IT and software development at Advanced Toxicology Network and directed information systems at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Tom holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University and an M.Div. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.
